Firstly download Ftp Explorer Here
It is the (FTP) version required.
Ftp is the method of transferring your html files from your computer to the remote host.

Open up Ftp Explorer and Click the Add button.
Fill out the details for connection.
My example is for connection with tripod.com

Click the 'Connect' button to connect to the remote site.
Click the Up Arrow to choose a file for 'Upload' to the remote server
Browse for the file and click the 'Open' button.

The file has been uploaded

To download files from the remote server once connected
Click the Down arrow for download
If necessary use the 'save' icon to Browse to a folder of your choice
otherwise the selected file will be downloaded to your default folder
